PUBLIC SECURITY IN THE SYSTEM OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
The person, the public, and the state are the three factors that make sense of the security concept. There is enough analysis and research for personal and state security (state security). Public security is neglected at the expense of national security. Public security is a state of society, where there is no danger of social, technogenic or natural character. The proposed material outlines the main features of public security. On the basis of these, a definition of the subject and subject of public security is defined.
