Qualitative mechanism of banks’ customer segmentation as the main component of its effectiveness

Abstract
The article deals with the process of segmentation of bank clients and their potential as an important component of increasing its efficiency. The main stages of the process of assessing the real and unused potential of the bank's clients are determined. The analysis of the resource value of the customer base of JSC "Oschadbank" is analyzed and the mechanism of its segmentation is improved.
