Quality as a priority and a competitive strategy (Study of a sample of Algerian economic institutions certified ISO 9000)

Abstract
The study aims at clarifying the effect of quality on improving the competitiveness of the economic institution. A practical study was carried out on a sample of the Algerian economic institutions that obtained the ISO 9000 certificate based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and processing the data obtained using the statistical program "SPSS". The results of the study proved that quality is of great importance in improving the competitiveness of the economic institution as it is a strategy and an effective tool in achieving a competitive advantage by influencing the purchasing decision of the customers and a strong correlation between the quality of the product and improving the competitiveness of the institution.
