Abstract
In the article the new methodological principles of production and resource potential of agrarian enterprises’ management are grounded. They are related to the specific role of its components, features of consumer market situation, the problems of institutional support of small and medium agribusiness. It is important to determine the features of the administration and management system of agrarian enterprises, innovation and investment processes of production. Based on the classification factors and elements of production and resource potential, quality and function the variants of administrative decisions had been developed
