RE-CERTIFICATION OF POLICE IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS, LESSONS, PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the peculiarities of police recertification in Ukraine. The work on the basis of the generalization of judicial practice identified the main gaps in the current legislation on the re-certification of police officers and proposed ways to improve it. The author focuses on the prospects of using the positive experience of carrying out this procedure during the attestation of policemen in Ukraine.
