Redemption of Basic Principles for an Innovative Perspective of Nutritional Education in Venezuela: Reports of Experiences

Abstract
The purpose of the research is the redemption of basic principles of food education in Venezuela in relation to a Preventive and Vigilant Food System, focused on the concept of holistic health. In theory, a review of the Venezuelan comprehensive food education was made. Similarly, a creative and innovative orientation was encouraged under this approach. The methodology corresponds to the qualitative paradigm, the biographical method of Daniel Bertaux (1981) was used, under the modality of experience reports, considering for this the biogram from the biographical records, with a comparative intentionality the in-depth interview was used. The informants were seven selected based on a profile. The categorization and the dialectical hermeneutic analysis of the meaning aspects was carried out based on the criteria and the Dimensions of meaning. The results indicated that the educational elements and principles support a new perspective of food education in Venezuela, in which man is considered as a whole, for the benefit of health, and therefore of integral well-being.
