Redistribution of political resources in the modern Ukraine as a reflection of interaction of political forces

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of conceptualization of post-Soviet political transformations in Ukraine. A review of trends towards polycentric or monocentric political regime is given. The evolution of the balance of forces in the ruling elite of Ukraine is being analysed.
