REGARDING SOME ISSUES OF PROTECTION OF MEDICAL OFFICERS’ RIGHTS IN CONDITIONS OF REFORM OF SECTOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and scientific analysis of the problems of the protection of the rights of medical officers in the conditions of reforming the medical sector. The article deals with the imbalance between the protection of the rights of the doctor and the patient. Today, legal services are very common in protecting the rights of patients, and the rights of health officers are almost never protected. It is suggested that from the point of view of achieving the goal of legislative regulation and the application of the rules of legal technique, amendments to the Law of Ukraine «Fundamentals of Ukrainian Health Care Law» would be appropriate to provide a comprehensive solution to the question of determining the right status of a patient and a health officers. The article raises the question of the role of health workers in the context of health care reform, the benefits and risks of implementing international clinical protocols. What are the health care workers’ rights most often violated and how to protect them?
