Abstract
The article deals with the concept, content and classification of the principles of the National Guard of Ukraine. The author reviews the approaches of scientists to the definition and classification of the principles of the National Guard of Ukraine. The author analyzes the provisions of the current legislation, which define the principles of the National Guard of Ukraine.
