REGULATION OF DERIVATIVE MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the current state of regulation of derivative market in Ukraine, describes major trends and prospects for the use of derivatives as instruments of financial market and hedge financial risks. Principles of regulation of derivative market, the directions of improving the performance of regulators in this market and using of certain financial instruments were researched.
