RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL SILENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST IN HOTEL WORKS: THE EXAMPLE OF BANDIRMA DISTRICT

Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine otel employee’s organizational silence and organizational trust levels and to reveal the relationship between organizational silence and organizational trust. Because, “Organizational Silence” and “Organizational Trust” questionnaires have been applied 100 hotel employee in Bandırma. As a result of correlation analysis has been identified negative relationship among organizational silence and manager trust, communication confidence, knowledge and experience; it has been also identified pozitive relationship organizational structure. As a result of regression analysis, it can be seen that there is the influence of organizational trust’s sub dimensions on organizational silence. Besides, organizational silence has been found to have more influence on communication confidence.
