RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN “READY TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY” AND “PROFES- SIONAL COMPETENCE” IN THE MODERN PEDAGOGICAL PARADIGM

Abstract

The problem of the correlation between the concepts “readiness for professional activity” and “professional competence” is considered in the article, pedagogical bases of formation of readiness for activity and professional competence are covered, the content and component composition of these categories are revealed, their common features and differences are highlighted.
