REPLACEMENT OF ORDER RELATIONS AT THE CONCESSION IN THE PORTS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The most common forms of public-private partnership are lease and concession. The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and legal aspects of organization of concession and lease activity. The advantages of the concession compared to the lease have been determined. On the basis of this comparison, the prospects of the transformation of the lease relations in the concession in the ports of Ukraine are described.
