REPRODUCTIVE GOALS OF RESTRUCTURING OF THE CAPITAL OF PORT OPERATIONS ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The features of the restructuring process of different elements of capital of modern port operations enterprises of Ukraine are examined to determine the characteristics and reproductive goals of the present stage of port Ukrainian enterprises’ restructuring. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach, laws and patterns of economic development and research of leading scientists and experts in economics of port activity. All areas of port operation companies (organizational and legal structure, property complex, industrial complex, structured finance facility, socio-organizational complex) should be correlated from the perspective of the reproduction efficiency of the capital of port operations enterprise. The system of micro and macro factors that determine the prerequisites of restructuring of modern port operations enterprises, which are the socio-economic structure of the state at the territory of which the port enterprise is operating, the history of development and national traditions, the geopolitical situation of port enterprise, types of work and services performed and provided by enterprises, availability and efficiency of the use of capital items and others. Efficiency of the reproductive process is identified by the system of factors, foremost among which are the specific features of innovation development; quality, quantity, age, degree of utilization of the means of production; type of investment security; level of information security; nature of labor used: its educational, professional, qualification structure, nature and structure of the organization and quality of management activities. The results can be used in the process of restructuring of seaports and stevedoring companies in Ukraine. Modern port industry of Ukraine should be reorganized by attracting of private capital and reducing of government intervention with regard of necessity of reproductive purposes realizing, taking into account recent developments in the financial, industrial and transport markets and restructuring processes in various fields.
