Research of preconditions for emergence of corporate conflicts

Abstract
The article investigates the prerequisites category of corporate conflicts. Provides a definition of the investigated categories. Analyzed are the positions of scientists on the attribution of certain circumstances to the prerequisites for the emergence of corporate conflicts. It is concluded that a prerequisite of corporate conflicts is a conflict of interest.
