RESTITUTION: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE OF APPLICATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with one of the actual issues that arise today in the practice of law enforcement in the restoration of violated property rights – restitution. The attention paid to the fact that in Ukraine there is no proper regulatory framework for introducing restitution mechanisms in wide use. Proved that one of the possible ways out of this situation is to analyze the positive experience of using restitution as a way to restore property rights in foreign countries and to properly secure this institution in the legislation of Ukraine.
