Risk factors that predispose to cervical cancer in women aged 30 to 50 years

Abstract

Introduction:Cancer in the cervix is considered a great problem worldwide, registering high prevalence values in recent years and more in women, which is why it has become a highly controversial and highly complex issue for the health system.health. Objective:To describe the risk factors that predispose to cervical cancer in women between 30 and 50 years of age. Materials and methods:Quantitative study of monographic type of descriptive level. Different digital databases were used to searchfor the keywords. With the purpose of finding updated references on cervical cancer in women between 30 and 50 years of age. Results:In most of the references they attribute that the use of frequent contraceptives can cause hormonal alterations in the body and therefore changes in the cells of the body, also, the beginning of sexual relations, number of sexual partners, beginning earlymenarche, number of deliveries, and being black; are reasons for vulnerability to being diagnosed with cervical cancer. Adding to the affectation of the mental state in women who are with said neoplastic disease, in the presentation of anxiety, depression, hostility, among others. Conclusion:there are different factors that due to lack of knowledge in the general public become the main cause to develop neoplasia
