ROLE OF VAITARAN BASTI IN AAMVAT-A CASE STUDY

Abstract
Rhumatoid arthritis is commonly rising health issue. Modern medicine along with different pain killer has limitation to the treatment along with hazardous side effects. Ayurveda treatment with Panchakarma Vaitarana Basti treatment shows significant result in terms of pain, swelling. Present article represents a case report of Rhumatoid arthritis treated with Vaitaran Basti at Government Ayurved College, Nanded. However effectiveness of this procedure must be further investigated to find accurate indications and contraindications for such treatment.
