РОЗВИТОК КОНКУРЕНТНИХ ПЕРЕВАГ РИНКУ ПРАЦІ УКРАЇНИ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Abstract
У сучасному світі загострюється конкуренція між національними ринками праці за висококваліфіковану робочу силу та інвестиційні ресурси. Проблема посилення конкурентоспроможності ринку праці набуває для України стратегічного значення, оскільки цей важливий елемент економічної системи відображає ключові соціально-економічні процеси та формує передумови для досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. Метою статті є розробка теоретико-концептуальних засад розвитку конкурентних переваг національного ринку праці. Результатом наукових досліджень стало власне трактування наукової категорії «конкурентоспроможність національного ринку праці». Здійснено оцінку реального стану ринку праці України та визначено вплив низки факторів на його кон’юнктуру. Визначено напрямки посилення конкурентоспроможності ринку праці України в умовах становлення цифрової економіки та поширення пандемії Covid 19. Розкрито можливості підвищення рівня зайнятості населення за рахунок цифрових платформ, які поширюють свій вплив на різні сфери економічної діяльності, змінюючи структуру попиту та пропозиції на міжнародному ринку праці.
