РОЗВИТОК ПОНЯТТЯ «ТРАНСКОРДОННЕ СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО» У НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВИХ АКТАХ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The article analyzes genesis and transformation of notion “cross-border cooperation” in the normative legal acts of Ukraine by using the chronological method. The concept of “transboundary cooperation” has been substantiated and investigated using a comparative method with the term “cross-border cooperation”. The term “cross-border cooperation” was more often used on the territory of Ukraine until the state decided on the political vector of further development (when the border was an obstacle to a wide exchange). The purpose of this article is to research the chronological evolution of the definition “transborder cooperation” in the normative legal acts of Ukraine.
