RULES OF PREPARATION OF THE PUBLIC ROADS AND RAILWAY TRACTS INVESTMENTS

Abstract
Summary. As a result of amendments in the railway transport and public roads performance regulations there are many significant changes in the structure of the investment process. Regulations specify the rules of the acquisition of real estates for investments. In assumption, these changes should speed up the railway lines upgrading and road building process. Differences between rules of the road and railway investments preparation are presented in this article.
