Safe and Healthy Workplace

Abstract
Safe and healthy workplace play an important role to increase efficiency, quality and productivity. Under this research consequences of an unsafe work environment were found. The major goal of this paper was to develop various strategies to remove these consequences and provide safe and healthy workplace so that every organisation and its employees can get its benefits. Data from various sources were captured relating to manufacturing units and findings can serve as a base for formulating strategies.
