SAFETY: POLITICAL AND LAW ASPECT

Abstract
The concept of safety possesses the expressed biological category and in certain sense can be interpreted by analogy with instinct of self-preservation of man. This circumstance allows to examine the category of safety as a necessary condition of vital functions of individual, stable existence and functioning of the state and society, progressive development of human civilization.
