Abstract
Teachers’ Job Satisfaction and Parents’ Satisfaction with Teachers’ Job — Various Factors Influencing Those Phenomena Every individual, in his daily existence, aims to achieve satisfaction, balance and peculiar to every human being kind of fulfilment. It should be noted, however, that this triad is influenced by a variety of factors. One of the most crucial components that shape this fulfilment is job satisfaction in its broadest sense. This very term constitutes an essential factor that enhances workplace productivity. It should be remembered that the relationship outlined above applies also to education. Teachers’ job satisfaction has a significant effect not only on the quality of their personal lives, but also the efficiency in workplace
