SAZNANJA O PRAVILNOJ ISHRANI SPORTISTA U CRNOJ GORI

Abstract
A regular nutrition is among the most important elements of the top-level sport. We equal bad nutrition to a bad training. The world scientifi c researches warn that planed and regular nutrition is unknown to many sport clubs. The same situation is in the Mon tenegrin sport. Still, Montenegrin coaches has shown willingness to learn about the planed and regular sport nutrition. Our poll has shown that the sportsmen in the fi ve fi rst-league clubs have modest knowledge about their own nutrition, its rules and nor ms.
