SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MANAGERS IN USA

Abstract
This article deals with the problem of management. The meaning of the term «management» is defined and the most important scientific approaches to the professional training of managers are considered. Some popular methods and forms of professional training of future managers are analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to highlighting of the main professional skills and personal features of modern managers in the field of their professional activity. The importance of American experience in the development of modern paradigm of management and professional training in Ukraine has been found out.
