SCIENTIFIC ESSENTIALITY OF READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF DESIGN FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article identified the nature and structure of readiness of future teachers of design for professional self-development. It was determined that professional self-development of the teacher is a necessary condition, manner and criteria of becoming a professional during the training. The process of formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future teacher of design has its own specifics and includes the development of the personality, which owns creative thinking, intelligence, professional ability, is capable of destroying everything that is already common to be able to make flexible decisions in difficult situations. An important factor that promotes to the efficiency of formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future teacher of design, is the formation of students' motivation and value attitude for teaching. The process of formation of motivational-value relations is very complex and is linked to personal transformations of the future teacher is a change of values, motivations, abilities, experience of communication, activity and behavior. The practical goal of a future educational activity is to support and strengthen interest in the chosen specialty. Аctive professional self-development of the educational process stands criterion of development of the institution and the readiness to develop activities based on the mastering of general and professional knowledge formation necessary for the implementation of activities and skills, improving existing professionally significant personal qualities and abilities that are important for future careers. Formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future teacher of design is directly related to self-knowledge, selfeducation, self-regulation and self-esteem.
