SENSORS ELECTRONICS AND MICROSYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES. STATE AND PROSPECTS
Journal Title: Сенсорна електроніка і мікросистемні технології - Year 2014, Vol 11, Issue 4
Abstract
The short review and the material analysis of the plenary and section reports made by conducting scientists at 6-th international scientific and technical conference “Sensors electronics and microsystems technologies " in which new results are stated and prospects of researches in sensorics area are determined is made. It is determined, that sensorics as interdisciplinary scientific and technical direction can be break in highly effective information systems development and instrument making.

CONSIDERATION FOR ELECTRONS SCATTERING IN GENERALIZED LANDAUER – DATTA – LUNDSTROM MODEL
In a tutorial article directed to serve researchers, university teachers and students, from the positions of generalized Landauer – Datta – Lundstrom (LDL) model we demonstrate that the average mean free path λ , which d...
ACOUSTOSTIMULATED “QUASI-CAVITATION” OF VACANCY DEFECTS IN SEMICONDUCTORS AT THEIR HIGH-ENERGETIC IRRADIATION
The article is devoted to the investigation of physical processes in semiconductor structures under the action of high-energy irradiation at Ar +, N + and O + ions implantation at simultaneous acoustic waves irradiation....
EXCITON RADIATION PECULIARITIES OF RED GALLIUM-PHOSPHIDE LEDS
Electroluminescence spectra of red GaP light-emitting diodes were investigated. Besides the main emission line hν = 1.845 eV, it was detected the additional short-wave component hν = 2.206 eV the existence of which is co...
MODELING OF THE CYBER-PHYSICAL IMMUNOSENSOR SYSTEM IN THE RECTANGULAR LATTICE BY USING LATTICE DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH DELAY
The purpose of the work is to develop a mathematical and computer model of the cyber-physical immunosensory system using lattice differential equations with delay on a rectangular lattice and study their stability. The...
EFFECT OF ULTRASOUND ON THE CURRENT FLOW IN LOW-RESISTANCE CRYSTALS OF CDTE:CL
Тhe first this paper presents acousto-stimulated (AS) phenomena in low ohmic resistance n-type CdTe:Cl monocrystals (NCl≈1024 m-3) in dynamic regime (in-situ, fully reverse). For identification of the nature of acoustica...
