Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of application of the new anti-corruption legislation in the activities of local council members. The legal correlation of the regulation of conflict of interests in the Law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption” and the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine”.
