Short historical digression of occurrence and development of the test control.

Abstract
In article short digression to history of development of the test control of knowledge is presented. In a modern science test or check is meant the term "test" something or someone. The problem of a parity of oral and written forms of the control is authorised in most cases in favour of the last. Researches have shown, what not in all subjects it is possible to check up level of knowledge qualitatively. In some subjects it is possible to check up only separate themes. Long researches have allowed us to allocate, as advantages so lacks in the course of a test quality monitoring of knowledge. In given article we have tried to accent only lacks: 1. Working out of qualitative test toolkit - long, labour-consuming and expensive process. 2. The data received by the teacher as a result of testing though include the information on blanks in knowledge on concrete sections, but do not allow to judge the reasons of these blanks. 3. By means of the test it is impossible to check up and estimate the high, productive levels of knowledge connected with creativity, that is likelihood, abstract and methodological knowledge. 4. The width of coverage by that in the course of testing has also an underside. 5. For maintenance of objectivity and justice of the test acceptance of special measures on maintenance of confidentiality of test tasks is required. 6. At testing there is an element of chance. The reason of it can be, both a random error in the first question, and answer guessing in the second. It deforms results of the test and leads to necessity of the account of a likelihood component at their analysis.
