Abstract
The article deals with the substantiation of the search necessity and implementation of new methods of hazard innovative activity management. It has been proved that HACCP system can become such a method. The model of application the system of ensuring the food safety for trading enterprises is given. The essence of the process of analysis and control of hazards is revealed.
