SOCIAL LEGISLATION IN POLAND: USE OF POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
European integration processes in Ukraine determine the permanent relevance of the study of issues related to the borrowing of legislative experience of European states, which provides for the identification of specific areas for which borrowing is appropriate, as well as the formulation of proposals for improving the national legislation of Ukraine. Poland,as a neighboring state of our country, which has a socialist past, as well as a successful experience in building a successful European state, is a good example for Ukraine. In Poland, during the last two decades, a lot of reforms have been made, including in the social sphere, and as a result, this state is a perfect example for using its positive experience. The experience of Polish lawmaking is often investigated in the works of domestic scholars, but the works devoted to the analysis of social legislation are virtually absent from today, which suggests the expediency of applying for an analysis of this issue.
