Abstract
The models of social standards of EU are considered in the article. It is carried out to the analysis of the state of providing of social standards in Ukraine in the field of human development. Possibilities of adaptation of the European social standards are reasonable to the terms of Ukraine and the ways of increase of social standards are offered in the state to the requirements of countries of EU.
