Socio-philosophical analysis of the causes of inactivity in the context of Ukrainian economic ethics

Abstract
The article is a retrospective analysis of the formation, forming an economic identity in today's Ukraine, not only takes into account aspects of social dynamics, but also the factors of a social statics: the mental aspect of continuity, cultural identity, personal consciousness in the sphere of national life and national values. It is noted that the basis of labor motivational attitudes of many Ukrainian lies primarily financial interest. This trend can be called positive, if it turned out the desire to streamline work and dominated by values such as craftsmanship, integrity, honesty, frugality. However, the possible types of human motivation: in Ukrainian society today tool that characterizes labor activity only as a source of livelihood. The feature of economic ethics Ukrainian organizations is that it is, in most cases, is formed as an unconscious phenomenon. The specificity of the corporate culture of Ukrainian enterprises due to: – firstly, the features of the national culture of management, labor and management, impaired laws and customs area of the country that have shaped the field of moral imperatives unproductive economic activity in the minds of Ukrainian – secondly, the combination of negative elements of the socialist economic culture of mobilization, and extreme antisocial character reform of socio-economic system of modern Ukraine – thirdly, transferring exogenous to the domestic soil elements of Western corporate culture without considering the peculiarities of national culture. Negative trends in the dynamics of economic relations in Ukrainian society and their impact on human potential dwells upon the viability of the Ukrainian people, as a full-fledged subject of reform may be the only viable person. The concept of sustainability is consonant with the concept of the human individual as a subject of life. It was developed in connection with the global changes in value – semantic orientations of Ukrainian rights that occur in terms of transformation of Ukrainian society
