Socio-psychological peculiarities of formation of assertiveness in the process of professional formation of future teachers of higher education and managers

Abstract
It is precisely in his youth that such particular peculiarities of personality as the desire for self-actualization and self-identification, the need for group membership, emotional sensitivity, are emerging. Assertiveness in the socio-pedagogical process is the best way of communicating the future manager and teacher of higher education with students, students and colleagues, which leads to the formation of an independent, responsible person capable of successfully solving educational, educational, psychological and pedagogical problems.
