SOME FEATUR ES OF COLLECTING EVIDENCE BY VICTIM AND DEFENCE

Abstract
The specifics of the participation of the defense and the injured party in proving are considered. The main problems of realizing the rights of the suspect to collect evidence are determined. The guarantees, which are given to the defender by the right to a lawyer’s request, are investigated.
