SOME QUESTIONS OF THE LEGAL ADJUSTING OF COUNTERA CTION OF EXTREMIST ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The display of extremism in different forms carries serious threat of existence of the state. The situation of counteraction to extremism in Ukraine is complicated by absence of legislative decision of extremism, extremist activity, extremist organization and other. An author is ground the necessity of decision at legislative level of concept and maintenance of extremist activity, as the forbidden acts envisaged in the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on what success depends with investigation of such crimes; creation of effective criminalistics methodology of investigation, one of basic sources of forming of that is cognition of conformities to law of mechanism of commission of crime.
