Spanish model of decentralization: experience for Ukraine

Abstract
The Spanish experience of decentralization, the main directions of reform and transition of democratic form of government are describes in the article. The formation of the Iberian model of local self-govermant and decentralization in the regions with different cultural, historical and linguistic features of the example model of local self-government, which is implemented in the Ibero-American countries. The experience of decentralization in Spain and the use of elements of the experience decentralization will be possibly use in Ukraine.
