SPECIFIC PROBLEMS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROTECTIVE AUTHORITY IN THE FIELD OF PROCESSOAL MANAGEMENT WITH READINESS INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article provides a brief analysis of the powers of the prosecutor in the preliminary investigation in the aspect of their adoption of investigative powers, the expediency of these powers of the prosecutor in practice, their influence on the procedural independence of the investigator in the adoption of the last procedural decisions, as well as the compliance of certain powers of the Constitution of Ukraine. In addition, some data are provided on the use of a number of powers by prosecutors during the preliminary investigation over the past two years.
