Abstract
У статті проаналізовано дані щодо середньої вартості оренди сільськогосподарських земель в Україні, а також інформація про продаж прав оренди на земельні ділянки сільськогосподарського призначення державної та комунальної власності на землю. Розглянуто питання розвитку ринку оренди земель сільськогосподарського призначення та основні чинники, що гальмують розвиток ринку оренди земель в Україні.
