Statistics of quantitative typologies of governments minorities in the Western and Central-Eastern European parliamentary democracies and its political implications

Journal Title: Politicus - Year 2016, Vol 2, Issue

Abstract

The article is dedicated to analyzing the various features of differentiation and conceptualization of minority governments’ types in European parliamentary democracies. The author found out that typologies of minority governments are not exhaustive, because minority governments as executive structures depend on analytical context and indicators. Consequently, the researcher showed that typologies of minority governments can be expanded and supplemented, and that some of the singled out forms of them are more common and empirically tested variants than others.
