Information openness of the state power as an institutional guarantee of the main principles of a democratic state

Abstract
The necessity of achieving a high level of information openness of bodies of state power of Ukraine, which is an institutional guarantee of the fundamental principles of a democratic state. It is shown that the information openness of the authorities in the interests of not only companies, but also authorities, as to give objective information about the activities of state institutions on political, economic and social reforms, citizens are more willing to support government policy. It is argued that a reform of the government in the direction of information transparency is possible only with strong political will, which can appear as a result of the debate society and the state, taking into account the views of citizens when making policy decisions and programmes.
