SUBJECTS OF ENSURING CUSTOMS SECURITY IN THE WORLD

Abstract
The article analyzes and systematizes the subjects of ensuring customs security in the world in such areas as their functions, goals and legal status. It is noted that the world experience of using law enforcement and customs authorities to ensure customs security is in contact with the Ukrainian one. The author suggests using the best foreign practices in the sphere of ensuring customs security in Ukraine.
