SYSTEM OF MOTIVATION OF PERSONNEL OF VETERINARY PHARMACY

Abstract
The aspects of labor productivity management, various types of motivation of veterinary pharmacy personnel are considered. It is established that effective activity is possible only if there is an appropriate motivation for employees, that is, the desire to work. It has been established that in recent years in the USA and EU countries the share of workers who prefer not high salaries, but the reduction of working time is increasing, but in Ukraine the material incentive is the most effective method of interest of the veterinary pharmacy staff in increasing the turnover in modern conditions. The system of motivation of the veterinary pharmacy staff and the sequence of its introduction are offered.
