Abstract
The article presents the structural analysis of professional competence of the teacher college; The features of copyright approaches to isolating the components of the professional competence of the teacher on which domain-defined information, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, communicative and organizational, technological competency and self competence as elements of the overall professional competence of the teacher college; presented the contents identify each of the competencies of professional competence of the teacher of college-level key, basic and special skills. The main factor in the development of professional competence of teachers determined motivation for quality self-transformation that can take place through increased competence of each.
