TASKS AND FUNCTION OF THE MANAGER IN THE OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTOR

Abstract
The article provides an overview of scientific views on the role and functions of the head of state authorities, and directly in the prosecutor's office. The analysis of some normative legal acts concerning the organization of the activities of the prosecutor's office and the distribution of functional responsibilities between managers at different levels is carried out. The basic functions of the head in the prosecutor's offices are determined.
