TAXATION OF VEHICLES: ASPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
In this work, the issues of historical formation of the transport tax in Ukraine and actual recent changes in Ukrainian tax legislation were analyzed. The experience of Ukraine was analyzed and compared with the foreign experience, tax payment models have been introduced and options for improving this model have been proposed.
