ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ОСНОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ЗДІБНОСТЕЙ МАЙБУТНІХ ВЧИТЕЛІВ ІНОЗЕМНОЇ МОВИ

Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанням професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів іноземних мов, зокрема формуванню у них педагогічних здібностей. Подано визначення понять “здібності”, “педагогічні здібності”. Показано як наявність педагогічних здібностей впливає на професійну діяльність вчителя іноземних мов. Визначено умови, які забезпечують формування педагогічних здібностей у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів іноземних мов (відбір оптимального змісту та педагогічного інструментарію підготовки фахівців, створення позитивного мікроклімату в умовах вищого навчального закладу, забезпечення позитивних взірців для наслідування тощо).
