Abstract

Malysh I.A. Тheoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative and investment activities of enterprises of the agrarian sector of the economy. In our article, we have stated some aspects of problems solving of innovative and investment enterprises development of the agrarian sector of the economy. One of them – is overcoming the contradictions between producers of agricultural products and science. In this case, the necessity of having the third subject is being proved that regulates the interests of the first two by developing non-profit fundamental knowledge and stimulating applied researches is justified. Activation of innovative activities by ensuring a high level of professional training of specialists and workers of the agrarian sector is not less important. It is about the strengthening of education, science and production interaction. The importance is given to the appropriate development and comprehensive support of the components of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of innovative entrepreneurship. It has been proved that this in its turn will ensure the growth of production volumes of competitive products, strengthening industrial safety and economy consolidation. It is emphasized that the introduction of an innovative model of economic development requires a systematic study of a variety of objects and phenomena. On the base of conducted analysis, the essence of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship has been considered, confirmed its complexity and versatility. The components of the innovative and investment activities of enterprises that determine the possibilities of their development by the innovative way have been considered.
