Testing of general academic legal competence (TGALC): some discussion aspects of the problem

Abstract
This article presents the results of studying normative documents and scientific works on the issues of testing general academic legal competence and identifies those aspects/issues that are debatable and require an unambiguous answer to improve both theoretical substantiation and the practice of organizing and conducting such testing.
